Overview

Due to COVID 19, our team needed to conduct virtual user research for revamping the Violet Network website (NYU Career portal). We focused on the virtual user research process by adopting virtual co-working tools and exploring how we can optimize virtual usability testing.

Role

Our design team including myself worked as UX researchers for this project by creating interview script and analyzing results. For Usability testing, I worked as a note-taker during virtual interviews.
